We are inviting you, businesses and community-minded people to volunteer and help make a real difference for people in Patchway.

We are one of the area’s busiest community hubs and a welcoming space for thousands of people each year. Our centre offers children’s activities, fitness classes, support for older people, affordable room hire and our popular Coniston Café brings our community together every day.

We are now looking to grow our team of volunteers to guarantee our services continue and thrive.

Whether you can spare a couple of hours each month or have time to volunteer regularly, there are a variety of opportunities available. No previous experience is necessary, just your enthusiasm, commitment and a willingness to learn and help your community.

There is a role for everyone. Volunteers are needed in the community café, at events, with older people’s activities, gardening, administration, fundraising, marketing, maintenance and DIY. We are also looking for new Trustees.

Volunteering offers more than just helping others. It is a great way to meet new people, learn new skills, build confidence, gain valuable experience and make a positive impact in the place where you live and work.

We also welcomes local businesses. Corporate volunteer teams can help with decorating, gardening, community projects and events. It is a great way to support local people while building team spirit.

Our Centre has served people in Patchway since 2004 and continues to be a welcoming space for the whole community. As a registered charity, much of our success depends on the generosity and support of volunteers, local organisations and residents.

Anyone interested in volunteering is encouraged to get in touch for an informal chat. To find out more, call: 0117 923 6878 email: info@conistoncommunitycentre.org.uk or visit our volunteer’s page to fill in our online form.
