I’m friendly and approachable, passionate about helping others. Since 2014 I have been active in mental health awareness activities, working to raise awareness, delivering presentations and providing support to others. I have been providing bereavement support since 2015.
With personal experience of managing mental health through many life changes, including divorce, bereavement and redundancy, I understand how life can become overwhelming.
The Human Givens approach aims to help clients in as few sessions as possible, many people only require 4-6 sessions whilst some only need one or two. Sessions will be tailored to your needs.
