Pole Classes run on a Monday: Beginners 6:30-7:30pm. Intermediate 7:30-8:30pm and Advanced 8:30-9:30pm. And on a Wednesday: 7:30-8:30pm Pole Conditioning & Flexibility, 8:30-9:30pm General Practice – Mixed Ability
